Travelling is free within a 20 mile radius of RH14 9TJ. Travelling outside this area may be subject to additional charge for fuel.

All animals – if Jen treats 4 or more animals in one location, each treatment will be subject to a 20% discount.

Riding Lessons

All lesson prices include travelling within 10 miles of RH14 9TJ – travelling outside this area may be subject to an additional charge for fuel. Lesson length is based on horse and rider fitness and reaching a positive finishing point for that lesson, so will usually last between 45 minutes and 1 hour.

If Jen teaches a total of 3 hours or more in one location, each lesson will be subject to a 20% discount.

Payment Terms:

Contented Creatures accept payment by cash or cheque at the time of the appointment.

Any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% charge for that service. However, this charge will be waived upon production of a valid doctors or vets certificate.
